Your voice

will lead the way

The Medtronic Foundation is on a mission to identify a bold impact goal that we will dedicate our efforts to over the next 10 years – and we’d love to hear your voice.

Medtronic employees have great ideas and a passion for purpose, so we’re asking you to take a quick survey to share what you care about most, what causes move you, and to offer your ideas to help determine what Medtronic will be known for. Take the survey to shape our community impact!

About our

Mission in Motion

For almost half a century, the Medtronic Foundation has been a force for good, as a community grant-making organization dedicated to improving lives and uplifting our local communities.

In the past year alone, the Medtronic Foundation has given millions to communities in need, and Medtronic employees have invested 190,000+ volunteer hours in service to others to make an enormous impact. But the Medtronic Mission calls us to do more. To drive this effort, we are setting out to articulate an ambitious 10-year vision and impact strategy.

Your ideas,

our collective impact

We want to know what you care about most, what causes move you, and for you to offer your ideas to help determine what Medtronic will be known for.

Before you start this survey, imagine that Medtronic’s philanthropic efforts are featured in global news headlines in 2035. What efforts are being highlighted? We encourage you to dream big and be bold to help us discover and define an ambitious impact goal!

This is the moment before a movement, where innovative thinking, courageous action, and a drive to create lasting impact can shape the future of our world for the better.

Our impact

at scale

We strive to be more than a charitable entity but rather an impact organization, where we measure our success in terms of the amount of impact that we make, as opposed to just the money that we give.
